How It Works:

Our custom artwork is available in both simple and complex customization options.

Simple Custom:
Upload at least three childhood photos, select the print type, and place your order.

Complex Custom:
In addition to uploading your childhood photos, you can also specify your preferred elements (such as animals, colors, etc.). Kelly will then customize the artwork to your specifications.

Creation and Preview:
After placing your order, Kelly will create the artwork. Hand drawing takes approximately one week. Upon completion, we'll email you a preview of the custom artwork, allowing for unlimited revisions until you're satisfied.

Completion and Shipping:
Once confirmed, your custom artwork will arrive within 12-22 business days (excluding revision time).

All final works must be approved by you before they can be sent to print. If you are not completely satisfied with the preview, we promise to refund the remaining amount unconditionally, except for the custom fee, which is 35% of the custom artwork price.

All our artwork is produced locally in London. Limited edition prints include the artist's signature, number, and certificate of authenticity.

Delivery is primarily via Royal Mail's tracked/signed-for service. Shipping times vary depending on the type of print you purchase.

We ship internationally. Shipping times to most countries are as fast as 5-10 business days, and as slow as 15 business days. Custom artwork is excluded, as it may take an additional week to produce.

Order cancellations are accepted for 2 hours after purchase BEFORE it goes into production.

As our products are made to order, CANCELLATION IS NOT ACCEPTED once the order goes into production. We kindly request that you carefully review the description attached before placing your order to avoid any misunderstandings.

Yes, we do offer free shipping for customers in the UK and Europe.

In addition, the shipping costs for canvas prints and framed prints to the United States, Canada, and other international countries are halved, which means TreaYou Studio will bear half of the shipping costs for customers in these regions to reduce your shipping cost burden.

We confidently stand behind the quality of our products . If any problems arise from our side, such as damaged product or a manufacturing error. We will handle them by providing a free replacement or refund.

* Please note: All of our prints are made to order, and for this reason, once an order is submitted, we do not accept returns or refund requests due to customer reasons (such as not being happy with the artwork, color, providing the wrong address, or simply changing their mind after purchase).
